How to successfully shop in Zallure for the first time?

①Login and register

The first step to successful shopping, registration site.

②Shopping goods

Click on the “shopping cart” where you want to order, you can order repeatedly, modify the purchase quantity, and settle accounts together

③Select the mode of transportation and payment terms

Fill in the accurate receiver address information

If you are not satisfied with the recommended transport mode or payment term, please ask the online service for help.

④Submit the order

Register customers: Submit the order, and get the order number, you can check the order details in Member Center

New customers: Submit the order and get the order number as visitor member, your Email will become an Username for your future login, Then you can log in as member state to check your order details in Member Center.

⑤Paypal payment

The System can support online payment by Paypal, which is efficient and safe.

I would like to pay with PayPal but my computer keeps breaking off the transaction. Why?

In mid-2014, it became known that encryption protocol SSL 3.0 contains a serious programming error that affects the secure transmission of data via the internet. PayPal therefore stopped supporting SSL 3.0 on 3 December 2014. If you use Windows XP or a very old version of Internet Explorer, you will consequently have been unable to use PayPal .

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will it take to ship the prouducts?

Zallure will endeavour to make you get your Zallure Lingerie’s items as soon as possible as we know how excited you are to receive them.Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order on receipt of full payment.

International orders are generally delivered within 3-15working days,by EMS/Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT/Aramex, depending on your location.

General it takes 3-5 working days to all the world by UPS, and 5-7 working days by EMS, and 4-5 working days by TNT/DHL depending on the area you live in. AS for the free shipping , it takes 15-40 working days.

I have not receive my order. what can l do?

If you haven’t received your order, please try the below methods to solve the problem:

You can track your order with the tracking number given by the Zallure.Specific operation please contact customer service.

If you find the tracking number is invalid, it may be because the shipping company needs 3 to 7 days to update the shipping status. You can also contact the customer service for more shipping information. You may leave a message on the order details page or click Contact Seller on order list page.

AFTER-SALE SERVICE INFORMATION

How dose the RETURN and REFUND process work?

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% delighted with the color or size of Zallure Lingerie or about quality problems.Please feedback the information to return, refunds or exchange said garments,within 3 days after receipt of the goods.

 

The reasons that we will accept for return and refund are:

①There is a manufacturing fault with the garment, for example the stitching is coming undone.Please provide real photos of products with quality problems.

②The item has been lost or damaged in transit. If the item is lost or damaged, through no fault of our own, whilst winging its way to you – or back to us for an exchange or refund. We do however welcome you to contact us (zallure@lanthy.com) and we will do our best to help you and take it up with the relevant postage company.

When will I receive my refund?

Banks are quick to take our money, slow to give it back. If you selected refund, we will credit your payment method when your return is processed.You will be notified by email When we receive the return. Your financial institution should refund your account in 2 -5 business days.

How does the exchange process work?

①The item does not fit. We always suggest that you refer to our sizing chart before making any purchases, but we can make exchanges for a bigger or smaller size.

②The item has been lost or damaged in transit. If the item is lost or damaged, through no fault of our own, whilst winging its way to you – or back to us for an exchange or refund. We do however welcome you to contact us (zallure@lanthy.com) and we will do our best to help you and take it up with the relevant postage company.

For replacement, usually we will send new products along with your next order.Please send your unworn, unsoiled items in a waterproof, securely sealed package with a returns form popped inside. E-mail us for details of where to send the package and for a returns form: zallure@lanthy.com.

If you do not need replacement, we can negotiate with each other according to the actual situations, and the discount amount will be returned to you.

Do you offer an exchange for a different item?

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the item you purchased. We do not offer exchanges for a different item.
